CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
You may make the following changes to your order:
- Cancel any portion of or the entire order
- Change the Delivery Method
To add items to your current order, you must place a separate order for the additional items you wish to purchase. This is because your financial institution authorized your order for a specific authorization amount.
Our goal is to your order as quickly as possible and thus, we can only accept a changes to or cancel your order up to the time your order has been released for shipment. Please contact Customer Service Monday to through Saturday 9am to 7pm (excluding MYANMAR Public Holidays) to request a changes to or cancel your order any portion of your order, at which time you will be informed of the eligibility of the request.
